If your share is big enough to need our server, it's encrypted before it leaves your device. The key lives in the link itself — in the part after the #, which browsers never send to a server. We only ever hold bytes we can't open.

You choose which way.
Pick Show and the whole thing travels inside the code — nothing is uploaded at all, and it works with no connection. Pick Send and it is encrypted on your device first, then stored unreadable until someone opens it. Anything too big for a code, and every image, is sent.
